NAU Country Systems need the following requirements to operate effectively.

EASYwriter Pro® Windows OS Requirements

(Requires .NET 4.6.2 or Higher)

Windows: Citrix Workspace App Version 24.2.0.172 and later

NOTE: If using multiple monitors, the display should be set at the same scale and resolution for all monitors or you could experience display issues within EASYwriter Pro.

EASYwriter Pro® MAC OS Requirements

OPERATING SYSTEM

macOS 26 Tahoe  (up to 26.2), macOS 15 Sequoia, macOS 14 Sonoma, and macOS 13 Ventura

We can no longer support older protocols using CUPS or Bonjour
