In today’s market, the likelihood of undergoing a Risk Management Agency (RMA) required Compliance review continues to increase. A Compliance review is simply the process of verifying the accuracy of an insured’s reported production, share, and acres, as well as correct coverage and claim calculation. The RMA required review types are listed in the following document.
Compliance reviews – though sometimes tedious – can be easy to complete if you follow the simple guidelines laid out in our checklist below.
- Insured Checklist - Compliance Review Documentation for MPCI Production
- Insured Checklist - Compliance Review Documentation for Rainfall Index
- Insured Checklist - Livestock Review - DRP
- Insured Checklist - Livestock Review - LGM
- Insured Checklist - Livestock Review - LRP
Fraud, waste, and abuse
- AIPs will be assisting RMA in monitoring crop conditions throughout the growing season.
- AIPs will refer all suspected cases of fraud, waste, and abuse in Federal crop insurance to RMA.
