Introducing our new Training Request Form

Training Request FromProviding you the customized service you deserve

The crop insurance industry is always changing, many times it changes throughout the same crop year. Here at NAU Country, we want to make sure you are comfortable with the insurance changes, private product updates, and the new technology features.

We are introducing the new Training Request Form, to assist in getting you the training you deserve. The Training Request Form gives you the ability to request anything from a refresher webinar to a one-on-one with your Marketing Representative.

Here’s how it works:
Click here to access the Training Request Form. You can also access the form by going to the Agent Portal. Click on the “Agent Training" tab and select “Training and Resources”. On the Training and Resources page, select the “Training Request Form”. Fill out the Training Request Form with the following required fields:

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Agency Name
  • Agency Code

The three remaining fields regarding Training Type, Training Topic, and Details of Request are not required, but should be filled in to ensure we fully understand what type of training you are requesting.

What happens next?
Once you have successfully submitted your request form, either an IT Marketing Training Specialist or your local Marketing Representative will contact you for any additional information to begin scheduling your requested training.
