She has definitely made an impact at QBE NAU and will be missed,” states John McDermott, Vice President of Branch Operations.

John started as an Agent in Iowa and has since been a contract Crop Adjuster, Underwriting Manager, Marketing Representative and Vice President of Marketing. “A great leader develops a plan for a smooth transition upon departure…it is embedded into the team they build and the way they manage,” explains Jim Korin. “Jan has certainly met that standard with the great team she has assembled and mentored in our Great Lakes Branch. Under John McDermott’s leadership, we will continue to move forward.”
